Hello World!

I’ve always wanted to kick off a piece with that!

The day has finally arrived, the day that I have been contemplating for many years. Today is the day that I embark on my journey to become a Notable Creator. This is a bit misguided though, I have been a creator my entire life, however, the creation was never done out of passion, it was always done for a client, friend, family member or whoever needed my help!

It’s been daunting, I have faced anxiety of this day my entire career, I have always been fearful of creating and putting my thoughts out there, even though I have helped company after company succeed using creator strategies for the last 10 years. Now, I have decided that it’s my turn. I want to join the creator community and embrace it to the fullest, and I’m finally ready to do so.

See, when I started off my career and adulthood, I was extremely overweight and battled with ADHD and Depression non-stop. Whenever you’re facing extreme issues such as these, anxiety gets the best of you. If you take all these factors, then being a self taught professional, you’ll also develop a serve case of imposter syndrome, which is very difficult to overcome when you’re not in the right mental space to do so.

However, after all these years of trials and tribulations, I have come to the realization that I have so much to share with the world, and I am ready to do so in a way that truly creates impact.

My name is Daniel Snell, I am a Growth Strategist, that has a multi-technical background. I have lead and managed teams across a wide variety of disciplines and worked my way up to executive level titles in multiple fields such as Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Sales, and Design. My background is so diverse that it eventually became my super power, and I knew early on in my career in-order to take advantage of this super power I needed to work with small and nimble teams that would be willing to take risks, so of course I embarked off into Startup Land.

Now, I have worked with many different types of businesses, I have led international eCommerce brands, B2B SaaS, Consumer Mobile Applications, small businesses, honestly, anything you can think of I have done in my years of professional development. During this time, I went on a wild journey to gain experience and validation in-order to overcome my imposter syndrome and after 10 years of professional development, I can with a fact say that I am the most common denominator among successful companies I have worked with. I have helped over dozens companies raise funds from Pre-Seed to Series B, and I have had numerous acquisitions in the last 8 years. In each scenario, I led the growth strategy that led to acquisition and I did it by being creative, unique, and informed.

Now, while I have mostly worked for other peoples businesses, I have always been an entrepreneur at heart, I have had multiple successful services companies, and a few failed product companies. I am ALWAYS working on a side project, and I use those side projects to develop new skills and advanced my understanding of the zero to one lifecycle.

Today, unlike everyday before, my best friend Matt Gilbert and I have decided that we were going to launch our creator careers. This is a day that him and I have been speaking about for many years, he’s tried it a few times, and I have always been to fearful, but that fear is gone, and we’re taking this journey together.

For the last 60 days I have been working on a new project, these days I am a full time founder of a company called NotablySuper, we’re current in closed beta but it’s a Small Business community-driven company that provides the community, tools, and resources to help small business owners create impact through marketing, sales, and business strategy. We’ve had great success in our first 60 days and I will be blogging the entire behind the scene process, and throughout this journey I will keep it fresh with exciting and new concepts that you and your team have likely never even encountered before.

I am so excited to start this journey, and I’ve decided to kick it off by also started the #tweet100 challenge at the same time in-order to keep myself accountable. Matt and I have so much to share and we couldn’t be more excited to have you join us.

Have a Notable Day,

Daniel Snell
